How do I restore my subscription?

Go to Settings in the app, tap on Membership, then select "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled in your device Settings > OverUnder > Notifications. Also check that notifications are enabled within the app's Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > OverUnder > Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Why can't I see predictions?

Predictions are available for premium subscribers. If your trial has ended, you'll need to subscribe to view predictions. Check your subscription status in the app's Settings.

How accurate are the predictions?

Our predictions are based on careful analysis, but sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. We provide predictions for entertainment and informational purposes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

The app is crashing. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Close and reopen the app, 2) Restart your device, 3) Check for app updates in the App Store, 4) Reinstall the app. If the problem persists, please contact us with details about when the crash occurs.
