OverUnder: Football Prediction App

            Important: By downloading, installing, or using OverUnder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OverUnder ("the App"), provided by AEA Software ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OverUnder is a sports prediction application that provides:

Daily football match predictions and analyses
Live match signals delivered via push notifications
Historical prediction tracking and results

The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Subscription and Payments

The App offers premium subscription plans:

Amateur (Weekly): 7-day access to all features
Professional (Monthly): 30-day access to all features
Elite (Yearly): 365-day access to all features

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's Terms and Conditions for in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial ("Explorer" membership) with full access to all features. The trial begins automatically upon first app launch. No payment information is required for the trial.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
Not share your subscription access with others
Not use the App for any commercial purposes without our consent
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

6. Disclaimer - Important

OverUnder provides predictions for entertainment and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy of our predictions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that:

Predictions are opinions based on analysis and are not guaranteed outcomes
You use our predictions at your own risk
We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on our predictions
The App does not encourage or facilitate gambling

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of OverUnder and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OverUnder and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the App
Any predictions or content provided through the App
Unauthorized access to your data
Any third-party services used in the App

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
