End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal contract between you ("you", "your", "User") and AEA YAZILIM E-TİCARET AMBALAJ PAZARLAMA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("AEA Software", "we", "us") governing your use of the Sure mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, AEA Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Usage Rules set forth in those terms.

2. Scope of License

You may not, and you agree not to allow others to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App;
• use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose; or
• use the App in any way that interferes with or disrupts our services or those of any third party.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The App offers optional Premium auto-renewable subscriptions (currently monthly and yearly) that unlock additional features. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:

3.1 Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription length and price are displayed inside the App before purchase.
• Automatic renewal: The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.2 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You may use only one trial per Apple ID, in line with App Store rules.

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not receive a refund for the current period.

3.4 Price Changes

If we change the subscription price, the new price will apply to renewals only after we have given you reasonable notice and, where required, your explicit consent in accordance with Apple's rules.

3.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with Apple's published refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. AEA Software cannot process App Store refunds directly.

4. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that AEA Software may collect and use technical data and related information about your device, system, and application software to facilitate updates, product support, and other services. We use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by AEA Software or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license granted in this Agreement, no rights are granted to you. Qur'anic text is in the public domain; translations and other third-party content are used under appropriate licenses or fair use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prayer time or Qibla calculations will be accurate to the second under all conditions. The App is a tool intended to assist with religious practice and is not a substitute for consultation with qualified religious authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AEA SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Apple's Role

You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and AEA Software only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Notwithstanding the foregoing:

• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce it against you;
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App;
• AEA Software, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession or use of the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation;
• AEA Software, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the App.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or AEA Software. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App and on our website. Material changes will be highlighted. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of İstanbul, Turkey.
